Blagnac Town Hall Mural Call for Projects

The brief is specific: the mural must relate to the values of the French Republic and of laicite, the country's principle of secularism.

The winner of the call receives 4,000 euros in addition to having the temporary mural displayed on the town hall facade. The four finalists in the public vote receive 400 euros each, and the five projects not retained after the first selection receive 200 euros each.

Candidates submit a detailed statement of intent and a portfolio before September 6, 2026.
