The 4th Matsu Biennial Open Call for international artists

We warmly invite artists and creators from around the world to explore Matsu—its unique geography, Cold War history, marine ecology, and everyday life—as your site.

Each selected proposal will receive a grant of up to NTD 800,000 (tax included) to provide substantial support for your creative work!

They are looking for creative proposals that respond to the environment, spark contemporary reflection, and engage the public, turning this frontline island into a contemporary art site for global dialogue.
