Participation is free and open to people over 18 from Latin America and other countries. Proposals in literature, visual arts and research related to art and culture are accepted, from writers, artists, teachers, researchers, photographers, illustrators, digital creators and cultural managers.

Selected proposals appear in the Third Edition of 2026 of the magazine, and selected participants receive a digital certificate, publication in the magazine, a PDF copy, promotion on official channels and a personalized DOI.

The Revista Explorando Arte y Cultura de Latinoamérica presents its International Call No. 3 of 2026, "Horizontes que nos unen", promoted by the Fundación Artes Multicap in Colombia.
